Community Powerdown Course at Family Resource Centre

Local Food Production Day at An Sanctoir

Forming a hub group

Hi, Following our second meeting I am taking the time to look further into who we need on this hub group for the West of West Cork, and to what role we would be hoping to play. At present the individuals coming along to the meetings are primarily from the villages of Ballydehob and Durrus and are happy and interested to hold the focus for the evolving hub group alongside the more project based local activity. It's ok, I got to the bottom of it when we met at CIT.... it's a work in progress, there's nothing particular happening at the moment. It would be great to see the scheme start up again though, wouldn't it?

Great Caz, I can afford to talk to you at last! Hope the course is going well, met Faergal Conlon and he said he's enjoying it. Looks like I'll be doing mine in Dromcollogher, possibly picking up some Cork folk on the way.
